By creating an account or purchasing a pass on AeroPrep 107, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on AeroPrep 107. By using this service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. AeroPrep 107 is not intended for use by individuals under 18.
Personal Use
Your access is for personal, non-transferable study use only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
Refunds
Refunds under our "Pass Guarantee" are subject to the verified completion requirements outlined on our Pass Guarantee page.
Subscription Cancellation
If you subscribe to the 30-Day Blitz monthly plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again going forward. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period after cancellation.
Platform Integrity
We reserve the right to modify features or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or platform integrity, including but not limited to account sharing, fraudulent guarantee claims, or abuse of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroPrep 107's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. AeroPrep 107 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost income, failure of the official FAA exam, or damages arising from real-world drone operations. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AeroPrep 107 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
